Frequently Asked Questions

How do I create a household?

After signing up, you'll be guided through creating your first household. Go to Settings and tap "Create Household" to add family members and start assigning tasks.

Can multiple family members use the app?

Yes. Invite family members via their email address from Settings. Everyone in the household can view and manage shared tasks, medications, and care notes.

How do I set up medication reminders?

Navigate to the Medications section, tap "Add Medication," enter the details and schedule, and CuraHome will send push notifications at the right times.

Does CuraHome work offline?

Yes. CuraHome is a Progressive Web App with offline support. You can view and create tasks without internet. Changes sync automatically when you're back online.

How do I cancel my subscription?

Go to Settings, tap "Subscription," and select "Cancel." Your access continues until the end of your current billing period. You won't be charged again.

How do I delete my account?

Go to Settings, then Account, then "Delete Account." All your data will be permanently removed within 30 days. This action cannot be undone.
